Hepworth Band says a big thank-you as it counts down to the National Finals

It’s the Finals Countdown!

With the finals of the 2026 National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain at London’s iconic Royal Albert Hall just a week away, we'd like to say a really big Hepworth thank-you to everyone who has supported our National Finals appeal and all of our fundraising events.

A special mention to all of the businesses that have so generously supported the band to help us on our way - the Adelphi Group of Companies, DLT Podiatry Supplies, Dixons Milk Ices, Fuel Doctor, Steri-Pod, our friends at The Butchers Arms, Hepworth & Red Lion Inn, Jackson Bridge, and a big thank-you to Turnbridge Autos Ltd. for helping us with the cost of the coach.

We really do appreciate and value the support from our local community - we couldn’t do it without you!

We'll be working hard over the coming week with our final preparations for the set work, 'A Road Less Travelled By' by composer Philip Sparke.
