Sponsorship Opportunities
As with everything in life, the costs of running and maintaining a Championship Section Brass Band has increased steadily over the years. We now have to raise in the order of £20,000 to £25,000 a year just to retain the status quo.
In addition to the generous support of our principal sponsor, Cookson Homes, we raise money in a variety of ways. From individual sponsors who pay towards the running costs or support a particular concert, by performing concerts for other organisations, by arranging our own concert series, through prize money and by fund raising events, ranging from raffles & auctions to sponsored walks and treasure hunts.
Hepworth band was formed in 1882 as a subscription band, with players, officials and villagers making donations towards the running costs. The band are looking to revive this idea and have launched the Hepworth band Subscription Scheme.

Alternatively as companies look for ways in which they can cost effectively promote themselves on a local and national basis, sponsorship of a brass band can provide a unique way to reach a wider audience, with a guaranteed return in terms of exposure and awareness we offer a variety of opportunities to suit different needs and budgets.
PLATINUM
PATRONAGE
- For the sum of £5,000 per annum a "Platinum Patron" can expect to receive the following services and exposure
- An annual concert by the band at one of your company's corporate events or AGM.
- Complimentary tickets to all concerts in the bands annual concert series.
- Corporate hospitality for friends and guests at the bands annual 'Patrons' concert.
- Your company name and profile in concert programmes throughout the year.
- Your company name and profile included on a 'Patrons' web page with links to your own website.
- A quarterly newsletter providing information about the band.
GOLD
PATRONAGE
- For the sum of £3,000 per annum a "Gold Patron" can expect to receive the following services and exposure
- Complimentary tickets to all concerts in the bands annual concert series.
- Corporate hospitality for friends and guests at the bands annual "Patrons" concert.
- Your company name and profile in concert programmes throughout the year.
- Your company name and profile included on a "Patrons" web page with links to your own website.
- A quarterly newsletter providing information about the band.
SILVER PATRONAGE
For the sum of £1,000 per annum, or by supporting a particular event or project (for example by sponsoring a concert, helping with the purchase of a new instrument or contributing towards the cost of producing a CD a "Silver Patron" can expect to receive the following services and exposure
- Complementary tickets and corporate hospitality for friends and guests at the bands annual "Patrons" concert.
- Your company name and profile in the concert programme.
- our company name and profile included on a 'Patrons' web page with links to your own website.
- A quarterly newsletter providing information about the band.
